Founded by US-based textile entrepreneur Franco Nannucci, Music for Love is a not-for-profit organization aimed at bringing tangible and effective economical support to different charity projects around the world. The goal is to ensure significant, immediate help to children and young adults living in contexts of extreme poverty where basic things such as survival and personal safety are questioned on a daily basis.
ABOUT US
Started as a love project in 2016, today, the main activity of the foundation consists in fundraising through the sale of tickets for the music live shows that are entirely organized and funded by Franco himself and often produced together with collaborator Paola Troise Mangoni.
What really sets Music for Love apart is that the entire revenue from the sale of the tickets is devolved to charity and no money is spent to cover the organizational and logistical expenses. This allows us to maximize the impact of our supporters, the people who purchase tickets to our shows, and the talented artists who generously collaborate with us.
Throughout the years, our shows have consistently grown and evolved thanks to the contribution of established international artists such as Fabrizio Bosso, Dirotta su Cuba and guests artists such as Antonio Farao’, the Maestro Paolo Silvestri and Sonny King, who put their talent at the service of our cause, in order to bring a show based on the synergy between music and images, to life.
HISTORY
Music for Love started almost by chance in 2016 when, to celebrate his 50th birthday, Franco Nannucci organized an event which raised €60,000 all destined to be donated to the Fabrizio Meoni Onlus, the foundation named after the great motorcyclist who passed away in 2005 while running the Paris/Dakar.
Throughout his life, Fabrizio Meoni started and carried on different humanitarian projects aimed at improving sanitary conditions and children's education in African countries such as Senegal, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, and South Sudan.
After his passing, the foundation in his name continues to promote and finance these projects, as well as adding new ones to the list.
Today, Franco Nannucci is a big part of the same foundation and through Music for Love, he organizes yearly events to collect funds and raise awareness on these realities.
REACHED GOALS
Music For Love in the last few years has reached the following objectives:
- Over € 550,000 raised in three years.

Built four schools with one or more classes: 1 in Sierra Leone, 1 in
Senegal, 1 in Burkina Faso, and 1 in South Sudan. - Renovation and expansion of 3 existing schools in Senegal.
- Built a school in the Ivory Coast (still in completion).
- Built two water wells, one in South Sudan and one in Ivory Coast.
- One local agriculture production project in Cameroon.

Food, medicine, and school materials were provided in almost all th
schools funded. - The partial renovation of the GoF foundation in Timboni, in Kenya

3,600 books shipped to the English library in Nyagwhete (a remote
Kenyan village) for various classes. -
$20,750 raised for the reconstruction of three elementary schools
destroyed by a tornado (April 15th 2018) -
$7,500 raised for Peek Elementary, a school in an impoverished area of
Greensboro, NC. -
€ 34,500 raised on July 18th, 2019 that we entirely devolved to
“Koalizzati per Matteo” the Onlus aimed at helping children battling with cancer and the pediatric oncology department of the Taranto hospital. -
€ 27,500 raised for Voa Voa - Gocce di Speranza to support medical
research to fight “Leucodistrofia Metacromatica” at Meyer Hospital in Florence - € 105,000 raised in Taranto that we will entirely devolved to “Koalizzati per Matteo” the Onlus aimed at helping children battling with cancer and the pediatric oncology department of the Taranto hospital, event of April 17th 2020
